About HMSHost

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is one of Europe’s most important airport gateways, with more than 55 million travelers. HMSHost operates more than 70 restaurants and catering outlets at Schiphol, including Bread!, East bar & bites, Park Café, Dutch Kitchen & Bar and Bubbles Seafood & Wine Bar. All the water needed for the production and consumption of the drinks served in these catering outlets is mirrored via Made Blue.

Our guests travel all over the world, also to countries where safe drinking water is almost impossible to find. We think it is important to make our guests aware of this. That is why we mirror the water consumption of the production and consumption of all our drinks in the more than 70 locations at Schiphol.

One litre for one litre

In our program One litre for one litre you can convert the water saving or water consumption of your product, service or organization in an equal amount of litres of clean drinking water in developing countries. Choosing a selection of customers or donating more liters is also an option. Transparency is paramount and we are happy to help you communicate about it!
