The exact amount of fluid needed depends on factors such as age, temperature, physical exertion, diet, and overall health.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlds.nl\/hoe-gezond-is-jouw-buik\/artikelen\/zo-drink-je-voldoende-water\/\">Stomach, Liver and Intestinal Foundation<\/a> also prescribes 2 liters per day.<strong>&#8220;These litres don&#8217;t have to just be water. All drinks count. In addition to water, coffee and tea without sugar are included in the Wheel of Five. <\/strong>The equivalent is 8 glasses per day.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fluids are essential for the transport of nutrients and waste in the body. They can process a maximum of 0.7 to 1 liter of water per hour. Drinking too much in a short amount of time overloards these essential organs. This also happens if, for example, you drink 4 liters of water in a short time (without exercising intensively in the meantime).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">The excess of water causes a sodium deficiency in your blood, resulting in water <a href=\"https:\/\/thehealthissue.nl\/lifehacks\/te-veel-water-drinken-risicos-en-uitleg\/\">intoxication<\/a>. You might want something a little bit more refreshing &#8211; especially in the summer time. Try out a water cooler that gives out both still and sparkling water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are many different types of water dispensers available: on the worktop or built-in, free-standing or integrated into the wall. However, this is not the case for 703 million people on earth &#8211; about the same as the entire European population. Fetching water is a full time job for them. Water that is often polluted, resulting in many diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">According to the standard of the United Nations, a minimum of 20 liters of water per day is necessary for a healthy life. So opt for water with the wine and order a bottle of water, still or sparkling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, in many cases this is spring water and that is not very sustainable because of the transport and waste. PET contains BPA, a plasticizer, and you don&#8217;t want to get too much of that. The BPA can be released especially if the PET bottle gets hot, for example in the dishwasher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">So choose a BPA-free reusable bottle.
